Most the small dogs rescued on Brighton Road last week are recovering nicely, though some had to be euthanized. The house’s owner, who was released on ,000 bail Friday, turned over custody of the dogs to the city.

Off-leash dog park for Kent receives major donation from PETCO; could open by October
